Group Yoga Classes
Group classes are small and taught with a highly individualised approach, placing great attention on creating awareness of breathing, movement, and teaching relaxation techniques.
Classes are simple to follow, open to different levels of ability and offer a practice suitable for each individual’s specific needs and goals.
Yoga & Yoga Therapy – One To One
Yoga therapy is a complementary healing system, and works alongside medical treatment. It is applied to an already existing health problem and focusses on re-establishing balance in health.
It involves specifically selected techniques for the individual condition, which are also suitable to the individual person.
It is individual focussed, meaning 2 people with the same condition will not be given an identical yoga therapy programme to follow, as their constitutional make up, age, work, lifestyle and more are different. We are all unique and yoga therapy respects this in its application.

Classes focus on helping women stay comfortable, strong and relaxed during their pregnancies, also teaching birthing movements and breathing to help you remain more calm and energised through labour.
Pregnancy yoga is a safe form of exercise to practice and the gentle posture work helps to release tension in the shoulders, ease back pain, open up the body, strengthen the spine, improve sleep and encourage the baby into the best position for labour.
The resulting sense of wellbeing and harmony within mind, body and spirit makes for a calm, happy and healthy pregnancy, nourishing mother and child(ren).
Postnatal Yoga / Mother & Baby Yoga
Christina offers one to one postnatal recovery sessions, during which babies are welcome to be present.
Also one to one mother and baby yoga is possible, where your baby can be more involved in the practice with you.
