Personal Training In Your Own Home
Personal training sessions are done in your own home and/or garden, however big or small – we don’t need a huge amount of space. I provide all the necessary equipment but a lot of the exercises can be done without any equipment and just using your own body weight.
I offer a free consultation where we discuss all your fitness needs and goals and answer any questions you may have.
From here we go through a fitness and lifestyle questionnaire and note any measurements required. From all this information gathered I put together a programme of exercises specifically tailored to your goals.
So if you have a busy lifestyle, don’t like the gym or love the gym but not seeing results – let me come to you!!

Pre & Post Natal Exercise
A range of care and support services in your own home, to help you stay independent, safe and healthy, including Handyperson and domestic help.
In the past, any form of exercise during pregnancy was considered to be taboo and as such, pregnant women were positively encouraged to adopt a sedentary lifestyle. It has now been proven beyond doubt that safe and well managed exercise in the pre and post-natal period is highly beneficial to both mother and baby.
It is important to emphasise however that care must be taken and, that you cannot really expect to increase your fitness. Instead, you should be looking to maintain a baseline fitness to aid pregnancy and hopefully to get you back in to training more easily after the birth.
I cover personal training sessions in Surrey and Middlesex including:
Chertsey, Addlestone, Weybridge, Lyne, Ottershaw, Virginia Water, Chobham, Woking, Byfleet, Longcross, Walton, Shepperton, New Haw, Sunbury, Ashford, Staines, Egham, Thorpe & other surrounding areas.
