About Iced Innovations
Iced Innovations is a is a home based company cake company in Weybridge, Surrey, run by award winning cake designer, Erica Galvin. We provide bespoke cake decorating services to customers throughout London, Surrey, Middlesex, Hampshire and abroad.
We use a variety of decorating techniques incorporating models, and edible photos through to breathtaking individually wired sugar flower arrangements and 2-d and 3-d cake sculptures to achieve the desired effect for any occasion.
All our cakes are unique creations and therefore the prices will vary according to size and design. Prices start from £75 for a vanilla sponge celebration cake to serve 20.

“I’m Erica, cake baker, decorator, sugarcraft tutor and owner of Iced Innovations. My cake journey started after being inspired by my husband’s aunt who made our wedding cake. After moving to the UK from Cape Town, South Africa, I obtained my ABC Certificate in Cake Decorating at Brooklands College in Surrey, where I also now lecture. This led to the opening of Iced Innovations in 2005.
My passion to create your perfect cake means that I will work closely with you from the moment of our initial meeting to the delivery and careful set up at your chosen venue. By listening to your ideas and applying my professional and artistic experience, I am able to create the perfect cake for your special celebration reflecting your personality and style, from stunning hand crafted sugar flowers, quirky Bride and Groom wedding toppers, traditional royal iced cakes to something contemporary, modern or fun.
I offer a friendly, personal, professional, and reliable service to create a bespoke centrepiece cake that is made with meticulous attention to detail, which, using quality ingredients, will taste even better than it looks.
Choose from decadent chocolate, vanilla sponge, carrot, fruit cake or anything in between with a variety of fillings. We also cater for clients with special dietary requirements such as gluten, nut and diary free cakes.
I am also a freelance tutor, having taught students from all over the UK and abroad including students from France , Dubai, India, Turkey and Australia and have written several articles for Cakes and Sugarcraft magazine with my cake designs regularly published in Wedding Cakes Magazine.”
Ordering Your Cake
At least 2 weeks’ notice would be appreciated for special occasion cakes. However, it may be possible to accept short notice commissions, depending on the type and design of the cake you would like and the date required. More notice is required over the summer period as we get booked up early.
Your cake order will only be booked in once a 50% deposit has been received. Deposit must be secured two weeks before completion of your cake. Final payment must be paid before or upon collection. The deposit is non-refundable.
Any changes to your order will be accepted until 2 weeks prior to the event date. After this time, changes may incur a charge.
Celebration cakes are for collection only. Please keep to the agreed date and time for collection. Once collected, the order becomes your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for any damages caused to the cake once it leaves the premises, please read transportation and storage instructions.
